I was pleased with the social distancing in seating and face mask use. I was very comfortable and will go back. Not going to lie I was concerned going for the first time but I will go back.
How safe I feel concerning covid-19. I love that they still keep us 6 feet apart even when seated.
Admittedly the theatre is not to it's optimal ability with the Covid 19 restrictions still in place.
However the employees are still at their standard of excellent service and provided to the needs our their guest to the best of their ability in these times. We appreciate their efforts and missed going to the theater when they were shut down due to the restrictions. I think the Movies is an important part of social mindfullness to gather and enjoy some entertainment with others and would be ashame to lose the ability to gather at theatres. So thank you for everything you do.

The staff at Casa Blanca was awesome and helpful from my ticket assignment, food ordering and directions to my movie's theater. Also, this theater's management assisted me with a previous booking and they fully rectified the issue. Thank you for being very caring and helping this patron. I highly recommend Santikos...their excellent customer service, clean facilities and choice of movies makes them a top-tier company. Thank you.

Staff is very friendly and theaters are very clean.
We thank you for all of the safety measures put in place. We would like to recommend that people use face masks while watching the movie when not eating. And people did move around to other seats.

Santikos Casablanca is the closest theater to us. It's lobby is clean, bright and inviting with friendly staff. We like the comfy leather chairs that since Casablanca's opened only twice have I seen a chair that was ripped up or not cleaned. The attendants promptly cleaned the chair, floor, etc. The floors for us are normally never sticky like movie theater floors can be with the drinks and snacks that get spilt.
We also like the bathrooms We rarely wait.
Since covid started our first movie back was Pray-Fr. Patten's life. Fantastic movie!! So thrilled Santikos allowed it to be shown. Sadly the theaters building is quit empty, our showing had a few people plus us, everyone was spread out. The cleanliness of the build was like brand new!!
Hand sanitizer at entrance, cleanliness, food and adult drinks are the best. Staff is positive and welcoming.

I was very excited when the dining and kitchen reopened. I always order the wings when I go see a movie. The movie theater has been kept clean and well-maintained. I also was quite impressed by the social distancing within the theater itself. You can tell a lot of thought went into how to maintain a safe, fun, and inviting environment.
