Theater is often empty enough that my gal pal feels safe attending movies with us. Plus the seats are easy for me to get out of (some Santikos locations have velour seats and they’re HARD to get out of)

I love Casa Blanca and was looking forward to seeing my first film since operations began again. Unfortunately I walked out 1 hr into the movie. People sitting near me talked the entire time as if they had the theater to themselves.
It is a very clean theater.

I like that a high tech theater is so close to my home and I love how Santikos cares for the community. It's sad what Covid has done to so many businesses and I appreciate what your employees have to do because of it.
If I might add a note of constructive criticism. I still think of Casa Blanca as a new facility. I was disappointed to find the arm rest material cover cracked. It also seemed like the cup holder was dirty. I wasn't entirely sure because it was dark but I was hesitant to put my arm anywhere but in front of me. I like to see nice places maintain the standards of when they first open.

I just dropped in to purchase movie popcorn. It was great! I missed it when you were closed because of the pandemic. I'm still not comfortable enough to watch a movie. I hope things get better soon. I prefer Casa Blanca to other theatres. Clean & staff is friendly.
