I like the reclining seats and space in the aisles. However, the theater seats and tables were dirty. There was still food on them. At a time when sanitizing and cleaning should be high priority, I was disappointed and didn't feel safety was Santikos highest priority. For now, the staff preparing and handling food should wear masks until the pandemic is over.
We enjoy having everything in one building. Bowling, movies, etc

Customer service was very helpful and accommodating when we went watch Black Widow last Thursday. My assigned AVX seat would not recline and they resolved the issue very quickly.
The movie theatre was clean and the staff were all very helpful. I observed all the staff to be wearing gloves and masks when handling our food and routinely cleaning commonly touched surfaces. The theatre itself was superior to others I’ve been to. We enjoyed the reclining seats and personal food trays each seat was accommodated with.

It is very clean, the employees are very personable, the sound and picture quality are great, there are reclining seats.
My family and I always enjoy going to Casa Blanca. There is so much to do there. I love the idea of the food court, because if you want to pick up dinner on the run you can just stop by, order and go. I love the place.

I’ve always enjoyed the theater. I did go one time and they were out of everything but sodas and popcorn due to COVID??? but my past experiences made up for it.
Popcorn was stale our last visit, BUT usually very fresh and delicious. Would be very helpful to have extra bags or buckets to separate the popcorn! Clean theater. Nice employees. Charitable company. Love Santikos!

I love renting our own theater!! It’s always amazing!! The only problem I have been having is that I told them we get really bad service and we never get the text messages when our food comes out, so then by time we get our food it’s super cold and gross. The staff seem unhelpful when it comes to this. This is sad because I’ll have you know you guys have the very best burgers!!! So I have to go extra early to eat my burger before the movie start or accept that it’s going to be cold.
