Your ticket refund policy is terrible! I finally decided to go back to the theater & now because if this I will NEVER go back to you. I will use other methods & venues to see my movies & I will be telling others not to use you as well. You need customers to stay in business but this is how you treat us??? Nope! Never again!
We throughly enjoyed one of our first experiences out after COVID 19. I did notice that the theatre had several soda machines broken, without ice and without Coke Regular making the lines longer than needed in the soda area. Also, the wait in the lines at concessions was much longer than usual (20 minutes or more). This is not like Santikos and we plan to return thinking it wasn't adequately prepared for the public re-entry.
Ease of getting tickets. We love self serve for drinks, butter in popcorn, etc.

I love the comfort of the recliner and Y’all have great food. I’m looking forward to seat side service in the future.

The theater is clean, good customer service. The only bad thing is that they took away the white cherry ice and replaced it with different flavor ones. Need too bring back white cherry ice
The popcorn is perfect, the atmosphere is always great and the employees are never rude. However, there needs to be a closed container for the pizza. Flies were walking all over the pizza
Everyone has a Wonderful Personality and very kind. Theater always so clean. Love the food and of course the Popcorn. We go often and sometimes forget to give my phone number for rewards.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Casablanca Santikos theater. After the film, my girl and I enjoyed a shared cup of gelato. I’m looking forward to returning in the near future and making it a full evening.
