I like the theater rooms and how quickly and easy it is to get to your theater and seats. Unfortunately they have recently changed the size of the popcorn buckets which means for popcorn loves more trips and time wasted going to the concession stand to refill and then butter your popcorn again. Overall the Casa Blanca theater is my favorite but would love to have the nacho cheese and original popcorn buckets back.

They offered plenty of show times
The movie itself was great. I LOVE Santikos and this is the first time we didn't have that great of an experience. I had been looking forward all week to eating fried pickles and they were out. I got a large popcorn and they were out of the large tubs so I got two tubs instead. Once we got to our seats, they were very dirty. Seats had grease/butter all over them and one of our cup holders was fulls of food and sticky stuff. I realize there are issues with supply and deliveries, it was just disappointing to not get what I was looking forward to for so long. There were tons of employees around so I'm not sure why things weren't cleaner. With all that said, I will still go to Santikos and still go to Casa Blanca because of the convenience for me.
I also ALWAYS use the app to purchase our tickets. I also love that convenience as well.

My family and I's experience with Santikos theaters have always been positive. The staff are courteous and do their best to take care of the movie goers, and the theaters are always clean. I would definitely recommend going to any Santikos theater.

I like the theater, location and convenience of being able to obtain tickets on line.
always enjoy the theaters, reclining or not. space for drinks and snacks etc but the last two times they have not had the large popcorn and that is big part of our movie experience. We dont go often but when a movie is "theater worthy" we like tons of popcorn w/ butter and eating it out of small bags just isn't the same unfortunately.
