I would like to thank Mauricio Martinez who first contacted me and Alana Young who contacted me second. They contacted a day after each other. This was exceptional customer service. I can not thank you enough for having employees to have this type of customer service. Due to the pandemic customer service has been straight trash and I don’t even go out like I use too. Due to this awesome customer service I will be returning to Santikos. I appreciate the free tickets, popcorn, drink and fries , which makes up for my not so great experience. Movies now a days are coming on Disney Plus or the other movie channels but I enjoy going to the movie theater. So thank you Mauricio and Alana for me to be able to enjoy the theater.
