Guest Testimonials
Theaters are very comfortable as are the seating. My favorite Go To movie theater.
The staff is friendly, the seats so comfy and well, the popcorn 🍿 😋. We love the Santikos story, mission, purpose and community involvement.
Excellent customer service and loyalty program
Easy ticket purchase, good service at concessions, comfortable seating
Friendly employees, safe area, close to home, clean and well kept building.
Good hotdog
The movie theater staff are always really nice and welcoming! I also enjoy the recliner feature on the chairs since it really enhances the movie watching experience. The one complaint I have that's just a bit annoying is some theaters have really sticky floors which is weird to walk on but not all the theaters are like that.
Great time with the family!
Great
The reclining chairs and drinks
I love the screens and the sound effects from the theater. The staff is fantastic and the food is great.
Great customer service and ease of ticket purchase and variety of films

Thanks, Dr. Phil S.
Environment is always clean. The staff is friendly and even when it is extremely busy, there is never a long wait line to be seated or order food. I love the family friendly atmosphere

The comfort..
Good comfortable seating good sound and picture quality
Love the theater feels clean just an awesome experience overall.
Very easy to purchase tickets, movie theater is clean, and food is great.
We love the service at Santikos Casa Blanca! The food is great, and the chairs are very comfy! Although it would be nice if the other Santikos location upgraded their chairs. They are very worn and ripped, makes them less comfortable and make the theatre seem kind of run down!
Love the staff and the seating.
What I liked about my experience was the awesome customer services provided by the employees and the cleanliness of the theater.
Customer service is on point.
