Best and understanding management. We purchased Avatar tickets for Christmas day and a family emergency stopped us from attending. We went today and were going to pay again but decided to ask management if we can use our unused tickets and they honored them and understood our emergency. Santokos is always ready and willing to make things right and keep customers happy!! Love them!! Thank you!!

The kids and I love the Casablanca multiplex movie theater. We reside closer to Santikos Palladium, however, the Casablanca has bowling, games, stadium seating, all in a clean and accommodating atmosphere.
The concession staff was very helpful. He had great costumer skills and made sure my order was perfect.

service is great the only thing that sucks is the bathrooms are far bc if you’re on the mens side you have to run to get to the women’s bathroom
Every time I go into Casa Blanca I know that I'm going to have a good experience. It is always clean. The popcorn is fresh and delicious. I just always have a great time while there. I'm looking forward to finally being able to start bowling again.
