New to this branch but enjoy it very much

We can put it on hold if health complications occur and since we are senior citizens this has occurred twice. As a senior we can get a discount on our membership according to our income which is very helpful.

Is for all my family

We love the variety of classes available for adults. We are so thankful for Child Watch which makes it possible for us to workout since we have young kids. The Parent Night Outs are something we look forward to each month!

There is a great sense of community at the Y. I love going to my classes as both the staff and members are so friendly.

I am thrilled with the West Chester YMCA! All the staff are happy and friendly. The group classes are taught by well trained and knowledgeable teachers. The atmosphere is so accepting and non-judgemental that I even am taking a Pilates class and feeling good about myself. (Thank you, Jackie)
I have fun when I'm there. Other Y members are friendly and often introduce themselves.
It's so unusual in my experience with other "gyms". Feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made. I find the app very useful and appreciate that it's kept up to date and that the names of the staff teaching classes have been added.
Also, I support the many worthy causes that the Y chooses. They just demonstrate how the Y is part of the greater community.

Our kids love Mrs. Jane the swimming teacher. She is awesome and is great at dealing with our daughter who is sometimes reluctant to get in the pool. We are lucky to have Mrs. Jane teaching our girls!

So friendly and I feel good doing my exercises!

You feel like your apart of the community and the group exercise programs are great as well as all the exercise equipment.

Everything! The Y has added so much to my life and the lives of my family. We enjoy and fully utilize our family membership. As a stay at home mom, being able to come to the Y every day and put my kids in the childwatch gives me the only break and "me-time" I get each day. My kids are happy and well cared for in childwatch. They have made many friends and look forward to playing there. I absolutely love taking group exercise classes, especially when Jackie and Toni are teaching! They make it so much fun! I've been taking classes for a year and half now and I can really see and feel a difference in my body. I have made so many friends at the Y too. It's great to have a network of other moms that are just like me to connect with, socialize with, relate to, etc. We also use the pool on a weekly basis. Both of my kids enjoy and are thriving in swimming lessons. Miss Leslie is THE BEST! We also swim as a family on the weekends. It is so great having access to a pool year round. My kids are very comfortable and confident in the pool. The Y is our happy place!

The staff at the YMCA West Chester are very friendly. I often find myself having personal conversations after class with the instructors and they too seem very interested in my personal well being as well as my physical well being. I have encountered a few of the staff outside of the Y as well, and they are very warm and friendly (I find this very amazing with the amount of people who go to the Y daily - which I do not - but they remember me.)

I was hesitant at first about joining the Y but now I enjoy my membership and the other members are very warm and kind as well. I have met some very nice people.

My kids and I are having a great time at the Y! We all love the fitness center, even my 8 year old is a fan of the treadmill. And the variety of options for group exercise should keep me moving for a long time! Love it!

The facility is close to my home, easy to get in to (lots of parking), excellent facility with many cardio machines and large & well equipped weight room, nice pools, clean locker rooms and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The Y is a safe, clean, and friendly place with lots to choose from.

The facility and machines are clean and well maintained. The staff personnel are friendly, helpful, 'knowledgeable, engaged and accessible.

-Wonderful staff (front desk, floor, group ex, cleaning team)! Shout outs to Lolita at front desk, Chris H on the floor upstairs, and so many who's names I don't know.
-Outstanding cycle and body pump instructors! Deidre, Tara, Karen, Mike, the Cathy's, Kathleen. Spin core is so awesome and no other club seems to offer it!

I'm so grateful for my Y!!!

At the time that I used the Y regularly, the assiciate who helped me acquaint myself with the various equipment was very good at explaining the vaious fitness machines. She was knowledgeable in activities people my age should participate. I liked the facility and how I could easily come and go when I completed my regimen.

The Y is near to my house. It has classes and instructors that I enjoy. There is a schedule for pickle ball. I have made friends there.
