The Silver Sneakers exercise class has been wonderful keeping my husband and myself in shape as we face all the challenges of keeping active and fit through our 80’s. The instruction is tailored to our needs.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The pool is always a good temperature for lap swimming/working out. The swimmers in the masters' group are a great bunch of people. The staff is always very friendly. A great YMCA.

My husband and I have found the Tuesday/Thursday Silver Sneakers class to be extremely helpful in keeping us active and fit in our 80’s. Instruction is first rate!
