The instructors for the classes have been so great. They have helped me with their class and have motivated me to do more exercises by taking other classes to help me strive for the success I'm looking to achieve. They have been so supportive. I'm new to exercise after a lifestyle of being sedentary and I was overwhelmed coming to the YMCA but everyone has helped me to be comfortable and open to new things that I thought I could never do.

The facility is beautiful with so many options for exercise.

Offers the best in community service, programs for children, after school involvement (7th grade), numerous classes for all levels (awesome instructors), excellent equipment (EGYM) in addition to tailored classes/activities for seniors. The WC Y has been my go-to place for numerous years, and I promote it as often as possible.

Love the variety of exercises offered.

I regularly attend the Deep Water Aerobics class. I have arthritis in my knees and this class has really helped me get stronger! The instructor is very patient and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I have met some great people in the class as well.

Everything. Service and people are willing to help you if you do not understand the equipment.

Pickleball including the introductory class

You need improved hours in the recreation pool, for Lap swimmers.
A half hour in the morning and 3-5 pm is not sufficient.
You used to have at least mid day 11 am - ….. hours.

I know that the 10 lane pool has longer hours but I feel that I’m freezing the entire time that I’m swimming. My workout in the warmer pool is so much more enjoyable as my body is relaxed from not shivering and I can swim faster and longer.

Please try.
I know that it’s not easy to get lifeguards like before.

Variety of activities and cleanliness of facility

E-gym is an easy way to get maximum benefits from working out without the hassle of adjusting individual weights or machines. Everything is done for you including choosing the right workout for what you want to achieve. Whether it’s losing weight, strength training, improving aerobic endurance it’s all there for you .

Pickle ball is a blast. Great exercise and good way to meet people and make new friends.

Knowledgeable and Friendly Instructors

It is small scale compared to other Y's, it is clean, the people are friendly, and there are many diverse activities offered to all age groups. It is conveniently located as well.

I've only been a member for 3 months, and so far, have only used the pool and taken Aqua Arthritis Classes with Kevin. He is great. He shows us very good exercises, and is friendly and welcoming, while staying professional.

The staff is very helpful. Donna let me know that the egym app works with the cardio machines as well.
I appreciate that in the fit lite class, Karen is upbeat and shows us different options for the activities.

This place feels like a part of our family. My boys grow up there.
