The e gym is outstanding I think that Dona Dana do a fantastic job
Clean and well equipped gym.
As a parent of a young child I really appreciate how many resources there are for kids and parents. Our daughter spent two happy years at the Montessori program and formed great relationships with her teachers. It's amazing that there is scheduled child care while parents use the facilities. The pools are amazing and the variety of courses and programs are terrific. All of this for a very reasonable membership fee. Lastly the Y defines what a community based organization should be, a safe and welcoming space that is a part of the fabric of the area.
I like that there are several time slots for most programs and activities as well as a wide variety and skill level options.
You have everything for everybody.
Very nice people
I like the variety of classes, clean facility and is convenient to my home. The staff is helpful.
Staff at the WC Y are welcoming and supportive, and there is no sales pressure. Equipment is up-to-date, and there is a variety of classes to meet many interests.
The programs are of good quality. The ease of reserving a spot for a class in the app is wonderful
I especially like the Senior Sneakers program.
Variety of programs and activities
Great facility and great staff
As a non-member, we use the Y for kids swimming lessons. Miss Chris is an excellent swimming teacher for my 5 year old.
Great group of pickle ball players
You have many classes and lots of equipment.
The great coaches
Many different machines and other exercise equipment like, speed bag, heavy bar, bands, bosu ball, TRX, etc. More variety than past gyms I have belonged to. The people at the front desk when you walk in are so nice, friendly and helpful, beyond any I have experiences at gyms like LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, etc.
There is a great variety of programs for all skill levels and ages. The staff are fun to work with and keep classes interesting. I haven't worked with th egym yet, but that's next!
Egym
I justuse fitness centers. No complaints other than spotty TV performance on treads, ellipticals at Airport Road and Oscar Kasko.
E gymn, pool, sauna, cardio equipment
Great services offered in these facilities.
Everyone is friendly and so knowledgeable.
Things are clean!
Friendly atmosphere
Flexibility, friendly helpful staff,
Wide variety of programs. Most swim instructors are good with kids and knowledgeable. Please consider adding twice as much seating to the smaller pool area, where the mushroom pool is. Everytime day and evening that I've been to swim lessons there's never enough seating for the 30-45min classes. Evening swim classes are the worst because there are so many parents and kids and not one time was I able to sit down.
They’re inexpensive and engaging, my children love them.
There are lots of choices.

Place is always clean. Staff is friendly and akways ready to help.
My only complaint if you want to call it that is lack of equipment courtesy. Even though you have stickers on the machines, way too many people sit on the machine between sets or place a water bottle or towel on equipment to save if they walk away. It is usually the more frequently used machines. People can tie up a machine for 15-20 minutes. I would suggest large signs posted throughout reminding people that it is an exercise courtesy not to sit on equipment between sets. You are holding up other members from finishing their workouts. The stickers are small and are pretty much ignored. I am amazed how people cant go 15 seconds without checking their phone. And speaking of phones, people carrying on conversations on their phone while working out. Members should be encouraged by staff to take their conversations away from the exercise area.
