The Y programs and activities are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle. There is that sense of community at the Y and it's affordable.

Good friendly staff .

I like the care and cleanliness throughout the building. The staff is great and the facility is sized correctly for swimming, lifting weights, treadmills etc.

I especially like the EGym I like the wide array of programs and activities that the Westchester why offers. I also like the charitable activities that the why does.

Friendly staff, clean modern organized facility, abundance of group activities available at multiple times both virtually and in-person. Having child-care on-site is a great plus.

The airport road Y is the best with plenty of exercise machines and a wonderful track for jogging or walking. Also, people there are very friendly.

The EGYM training and workout equipment (which is currently only available at the West Chester YMCA location) is absolutely outstanding. The 11 computerized machines in the EGYM group give a total body workout and I would highly recommend that everyone giving them a try.

I only use the walking track which is great.

All instructors are exceptional,the facility is always clean & lifeguards are excellent .

I am new to membership at the Y, but I am impressed with all that it has to offer, and with the idea that it connects me to other YMCA's in the region and what they offer as well. I have been doing the eGym, and I am finding that to be innovative and really helpful.

I really like the West Chester Branch because:

+ It's well rounded. You included the basics of what anyone could ever want - from jump ropes, to kettle balls - cardio - a small track - a pool. It's all there.

+ The Facilities are clean. Good Job with that. Respect to the people who do that.

+ You didn't skimp on the lounge. Nice furniture. Tables. A TV. It really means a lot to have coffee available. In the morning you put out bagels. Thank you! Sometimes, that's the reward that makes me come in. It's a good feeling to sit in those chairs with the endorphins and a coffee - pull out your laptop and say hello to the new day - great way to start the day.

+ Your app makes it easy.

+ The front desk people are nice.

+ The lockers with the code -- so convenient. Amazing. Thank you. I always forgot my lock. Many times, I forgot my combination. You have lockers where I can punch in my standard 4 digit number and boom - I have a locked locker.

+ I know that you have classes there, but I don't go to them. I have my own program and need to get in and out - but I like it that you have a digital board with the programs on it and market your programs. I have coffee and look at the board sometimes. Maybe, I'll go to a class. I'm sure there's others like me, so the board is a good idea.

All the senior programs especially tge aquatics classes

I am an avid fan of the Y on Airport Road. The facility is well kept; the programs offered are very good and varied. I'm always recommending the facility to friends. I didn't get a chance to use the outside pool this summer but I like that it's included in my membership. Keep up the good work

I do have some suggestions:
1. Can we paint the white "crossing" lanes in the parking lot at the Airport Road location? They are faded and the darkness makes it difficult for people crossing as sometimes cars do not slow down and/or stop.
2. In the Yoga room on the first floor on Airport Road- is there a way to encourage people to use the shoe racks before they come into the studio? Both Kennett and Jennersville have not only shoe racks by the door but also a place to hang coats - especially in winter when we have extra clothing.

There are a lot of activities and classes and they have various time slots so most people can be accommodated.

Our son, Ryder, loves swim lessons. The instructors keep them engaged and teach the skills needed to be safe in the water.

I only use the pool for walking and some classes
