Friendly staff. Clean facilities.
There are so many programs to choose from for seniors. The instructors are patient and make working out fun! I also look forward to seeing so many friends I have made through classes at the Y.
Varied activities
I lap swim so will only comment on that area. Jenn the morning lifeguard is fantastic with eyes always on the pool. I appreciate that because I have a heart condition and it makes me nervous when guards are standing in conversation with each other! But Jenn is great!
Amazing cycling instructors!!

Great place for special needs patrons or workers to enhance their life and build community.
YMCA yes you can.
Would be nice to have some gluten free snacks
This facility is very clean and friendly. I normally come up there for swimming. I suggest you always have 3 lanes available for your regular members like me. I use sauna also. Please have a sign up there for not using cell phone and keep it quiet.
Friendly, welcoming community.
Variety of exercise classes, especially the step class. Great coffee. The E-gym is outstanding.
I like the variety of programs and I especially like the water programs. The arthritis Aqua class is perfect for me at my age.
Lots of training opportunities and classes to address the needs of all ages, friendly and expert staff and instructors, clean facilities, good parking spaces. Great community center with generous give back programs.

I like that there are programs for every age and ability. And most instructors are friendly and helpful. What I don't like is that some of the classes are so popular that it takes a real strategy to make sure you'll be enrolled. I guess that means those classes are really good. But it's frustrating, nonetheless.
The YMCA of Greater Brandywine offers wonderful training facilities and very kind employees. It also is wonderful place fro people to gather and socialize with one another. In short, it is a super healthy and helpful community.
Just getting started, so I have not had the chance to explore activities. Enjoying the treadmill at the moment. Everyone I've encountered has been very friendly and welcoming.
I do swimming and the pool usually has 10 lanes open. Also the Y is kept very clean with friendly staff working to keep it that way.
The swim lessons are wonderful. My three year old daughter really enjoyed swim lessons. We will take the class again.
Child watch is also great. I feel at ease working out while my kids are there.
Organized and everyone is very nice and professional
There seems to be a healthy activity for everyone - young and older, from active to a milder level, group and individual.
Lots of friendly employees but difficult to get into some classes
I like the availability of the deep water classes
Classes help everyone with physical and mental exercises, balance, activities of daily living and socialization.
Good facilities, but often crowded
