Friendly spin instructors...something that is needed when getting up so early in the morning. I also like that there are so many group classes in the morning that aren't just at 10am (doesn't work for people that work 9-5).
Great staff, great classes, and great director (Mr Dough) have made it a warm and welcoming place serving the community and larger areas.

There are a great variety of classes available. The place is friendly and pleasant and clean. I wish I had more time to do more classes.
Availability of 2 sections of main gym plus the new gym allows me to schedule my trips to the Y so I can get a good workout shooting baskets. Since I'm over 70, I've decided not to play competitively anymore, but I enjoy a good aerobic workout shooting baskets (as long as I can maintain a good shooting percentage).

Great Service, great staff, great amenities! Only problem is that it gets too crowded at times.
Variety of classes offered at different times during the day. Saturday is a little weak in that area, though. Great instructors, friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities with a more than adequate amount of to date equipment. I do think $57 a month is a bit high for an individual.
