My son enjoyed the programs and he made new friends. I felt like he was in a safe environment and was taken care of by capable and loving camp counselors.

Use of machines and weights. Friendly staff. Easily accessible from home. Do not like the changing rooms and shower facilities, needs improvement.

Friendly check in staff, Michelle & Gordon. Soosan is the best personal trainer and I have worked with many as I have trained for many ironman triathlon races including this year's World Championships.

What do you like about your membership?

Many of the fitness instructors are clear with their directions and all personnel are friendly and courteous. The facility is bright and clean. My only complaint is the excessive volume of music played in many classes, that really serves no purpose, and can be very uncomfortable.

The variety of classes that are available and in which there is always space.
The fact that there is always a cardio machine open.
Everyone is very nice-from other members to the staff. It is always a pleasant experience.
All areas of the facility are clean and I appreciate that greatly.

I love that so much is included with my membership. I also enjoy the member pricing on summer camps, swim lessons, and other programs. Most of all, I like that I can go to nearby YMCAs in the region.
