Kris has got to be one of the best realtors we have ever had the privilege to work with. When we moved here, we were brand new to the area and pretty overwhelmed with what to do. He had less than 72 hours to find us a few options of where to live within our budget and the space we needed. And he nailed it. Not long after, we decided we were in a position to get a home and we knew exactly who to help us. He was amazing at showing us not only the homes we had listed but added a few others as well. Once we picked our dream home Kris was quick at helping us set up an offer, run point for all the closing steps, and being an advocate when communications got muddled (not at his expense, he was the one that rectified it). Not only is he great professionally but also personally! He made sure we felt heard and that we could rely on him for other things like places to eat and things to do. Julie is absolutely, far and away, THE most competent, aware, professional, communicative, conscientious, and accommodating representative I can imagine. She sold my wife and me a house several years ago and was perfect as the buyer's representative, and now she's sold a house for me and was perfect as the seller's representative. She sticks to her guns when it comes to justifying the asking price she recommends, and she has a very adept way of communicating with people that maintains her interests while not alienating those with contrary interests. I can't say enough positive things about her to fully express all the credit I feel she deserves. If I were a musician I'd put this to music and hire a full orchestra -- she deserves it.

Purchasing an out-of-state property isn't just about "location, location, location", but also about trusting the person on the other end. He served as my eyes and ears and was always honest and upfront with me. Photoshopped Zillow or Redfin pics only show part of the story. He toured the properties I was interested in and provided real photographic and video evidence that gave me an idea of the actual appearance and condition of the property.
By connecting me with an incredibly thorough appraiser, he helped me avoid making a mistake and filled me with the confidence to be patient until I found the right property.
Once I found the property, he made sure and walked me through the escrow process (which is a bit different from where I live). The closing process was an educational experience and Kiernan was quick to explain the steps and make sure all parties were on the same page.
