John was quick to present a plan of action including excellent photos to display my property. Fairly soon we had an offer and at that point I was totally dependent on John’s long experience and expertise. He negotiated a deal that was perfect for my station in life and my financial status. At one point the buyer became nervous about a balloon payment involved in the financing. The buyer seemed poorly represented by his realtor so John called a meeting with John, me and the buyer. John’s calm and honest demeanor put the buyer at ease and sealed the deal.

Our experience with Debbie Warren was very good. She is very well versed in the housing market in the area we were interested in. She always kept a very positive feeling in our discussions and was respectful of our wishes in what we were looking for in a new property. Debbie also shared her insight into properties we asked about what issues were satisfied with this property and what issues were not. Because of her advice on which banks to use (or avoid) for mortgage I know our offer was more attractive to the seller. She is up to date with the online systems used to push paper and always presents herself professionally. She knows the market well and was key to getting my new keys :-)
