Mike Herrman's strategy and process for selling my home was exceptional ! He was very data-based - not only did he do a comprehensive analysis of selling prices of comparable homes in my area, he also determined the best time to put my house on the market surrounding the busy Labor Day holiday. The marketing support he developed for my house was extensive - including drone photographs which highlighted my large 3-level outdoor deck with a built-in plunging pool, custom gazebo and deck-level spa.These photographs also showcased the size and privacy of my backyard and the ample shading from my mature trees.
Mike was always available to answer my questions and provide advice, whether by phone or text. He was with me providing support through the entire process up to closing - often going "above & beyond".
