I do believe she took all of my needs and wants into account with my home search. Tami was also very supportive to me when some things fell through and kept me from getting discouraged. If I were to sell or buy another property I would definitely call Tami first.

Susan was very helpful and such a joy to work with. We Had a bit of a bumpy road which she helped us to navigate resulting in the successful purchase of our new home.

Where to begin with the experience, we met Bob 3 years ago when we first starting looking for a house. We went through a few houses and stopped, then ended up being put into a situation with our landlord that was less than ideal ( she had enough of renting her dad’s houses and wanted to get out of the rental business ). Bob worked through everything with us and when we came across our house in Solvay it was like everything just fell into place. Bob guided us through the offer process and advised us to us an escalation clause with this house. As the house was a really nice house and might need that clause. Which thankfully we did not need in the end. Bob was beyond professional when he had to be but very personal when it was needed. We can not speak more highly of Bob and would certainly recommend him to others.

Karen was professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciated all of her help and wise counsel. I give her 10’s across the board and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
