Barbara helped make our dream come true! Barbara was always quick to respond to any request we made for coordinating a viewing (and there were lots!) and drove from one end of town to the other with us to see homes we were interested in. When we finally found a home that was perfect she coached us through the offer process and we were thrilled to have our offer accepted! The next big step was putting our current home on the market. Barbara helped us to get list-ready at light speed and hosted an open house to be sure we secured several competitive offers. I can't imagine working with anyone else and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and well connected agent for your buying/selling experience.

From the beginning, Karen was very attentive. She understood that we were in California, but sincerely were ready to move near our daughter. She video called us and/or recorded video of each property for us to review. She gave us her concerns and allowed us time to think of each choice. Being so far away, she gave us peace of mind. That's really all anyone can ask. Being able to do a final walkthrough prior to closing was great. It reinforced that we made an excellent decision. Karen helped us find a house and sell the house we were living in. When looking for a new home Karen was very thorough with what we wanted in a new home and the type of are we wanted to live in. That wasnt easy for here because my wife and I were not exactly on the same page with some of the items.
Karen was never pushy and was very knowledgeable in regard to quality features, flaws and potential issues down the road.

Selling our home she was also fantastic with what improvements we should perform before listing , planned out a great marketing plan and wrote the perfect description and bio for our home. She negotiated well, worked hard and most of all was successful

If I could give Karen more than 10 stars I would. She was so helpful in selling our house. She was so transparent about every step of the process, and gave us great advice. She helped come in and decorate it to make it look so beautiful, she pointed out minor fixes to make the listing great, she gave us great recommendations for handy men and other house improvement professionals, and we got significantly over what we were hoping to get. I would recommend her to everyone I know in the Syracuse area.
