great teacher and really accessible environment. was a complete beginner and I felt welcome and able straight away. I would love to return but casual sessions are pricey, so I may not be able to. Intro was great though.

josh is a terrific instructor and has created an amazing culture in the city gym.
He’s real life fighting experience and knowledge is world class and I’m always learning and progressing in every class.
I would highly recommend IDF and josh to anyone who is serious about learning how to protect and defend themselves
