Student Testimonials
Great instructors
Clean, friendly, different classes
The teachers were encouraging and positive, letting the students set their own pace. Their flows were creative and fresh, challenging students to set their own individual goals and bring peace and confidence into their practice.
Friendly staff and great classes
I absolutely loved the studio; not only did I love the look but the atmosphere. This was my first time at CorePower Yoga and everyone at the front desk was super inviting and welcomed me to practice! I am an avid yogi who is currently a freshman at Temple University so I'm enjoying exploring the different studios around Philadelphia to find which ones I like best. I must say, CorePower has been my favorite so far and I am so excited to come back for my next class! The front area had an amazing (too amazing) assortment of workout clothes and other yoga materials. I have a serious weakness for cool bracelets so the ones displayed at the counter were calling my name. Overall, this was a great first experience, my favorite studio so far, and I have already recommended the studio to two new friends who will be coming with me to the next class. Thanks for a great visit! Namaste.
I like the chic vibe of the studio and the friendliness of the instructors.
it was quick but effective. Great for runners
Clean amenities and love the mix of power / hot yoga.
The class is challenging but also fun and relaxing. All the instructors and great and it's a very clean and nice studio.
I like the yoga sculpt class. I wish you would offer a shorter version of any of the classes (especially the cardio and strength workout ones) like a 30 minute or 45 minute one -- I think that would attract a lot more people
Variety of classes
Everyone is so friendly and the teachers are so committed to improving you as a yoga student. My only complaint is that the bathrooms feel a little dirty sometimes.
Good, clean studio, great classes, great workout
Loved the class!
Hands on instruction. Great variety of classes and times.
Love how clean the studio is, nice the staff is, and the classes
I'm giving you a 9, though honestly I'm pretty new to core power and hot yoga in general. I only really ever done ashtanga yoga and I'm trying to expand my horizons.I think the layout of the studio is great and it's very clean and pleasant inside. I personally am looking for more challenging flows, but I haven't tried to many classes yet. Still not sure if I personally like hot yoga, but I would still recommend this to people to try.
I was introduced to Corepower when I lived in San Diego and was instantly hooked. I loved the style of the classes and all the teachers. This was my first time at the Philly location and the teacher was great. What I liked about SD was that the rooms were always a no-talking zone and music was already playing softly - it makes a huge difference for the start of practice and would love to see this at the Philly location as well! So excited CPY is here.
Convenient location and lots of class times.
Great class
Very clean facility. I loved the set up of the candle light hot yoga class. It was super relaxing but also a wonderful workout. The teacher was awesome as well and was very encouraging and helpful.
Great classes, great staff
Love the instructors at CorePower Walnut Street in Philly!
The people and the class itself
I love that your staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that your classes start and finish on time. Each of your instructors are knowledgable and do a fantastic job teaching the classes at core power. Love the hands on approach!!
It's a good mixture of stretching and a good workout!
Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean studio space and locker rooms! Convenient location.
I love the classes- they are the perfect mix of challenging, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The instructors I have had so far were excellent, and I am impressed by the clean, calming studio spaces. I have never found another yoga studio that I enjoy as much as Corepower!
