Very comprehensive schedule with a variety of classes, very clean space, very friendly staff, very inviting front space.

The teachers are top notch. The instructors are not just trying to sell students on packages, etc. Instead they actually teach yoga and assist students in the practice. I am a beginner when it came to yoga yet the structure of the classes never made me feel intimidated. I was instead welcomed as a person who is trying to learn yoga and become more health conscious.
