First I will say that we love Hannah at the Firestone location. However Shelby has been very rude when making phone calls (x3) to inquire about Hannah's schedule since we can't just make appointments anymore.
My son gets very nervous during haircuts. The stylists have always been good to him and understanding. Only place we go for haircuts.
