Without reservation I will be using Nikki for all of my hair styling needs. She is a consummate professional and, by far, the best stylist I've ever used. Nikki's super friendly demeanor makes the entire visit a pleasure. Her selflessness in training a new addition to her team was inspiring.
I hope management recognizes and rewards Nikki appropriately. Not only for her continued unparalleled professionalism but also for her willingness to train others. I doubt the training of other team members is in her present job description so I sincerely hope she is appreciated and compensated accordingly.
