I like the sales process and the quality of the door even with the supply chain issues. I would recommend Graboyes. However, people should get estimates from other companies too. I am unclear as to whether $8500 was a good price for what I bought or if I got ripped off for a few thousand dollars. It’s kind of hard to tell.

I have had Marcia as the salesperson for many projects over the years. She has been so helpful and professional, friendly and a no pressure salesperson . Your installers have also been very professional,courteous and have always left the work site very clean. I just had a storm door installed by TJ and a friend commented on what a great installation job he did!!

Even during the tough supply chain issues that are plaguing the country Graboyes were constantly checking in and updating the status of the order even if it was just to inform you of further delays. Then when they finally had the product promptly installed it.

Sales people and Installers. My project included sensitive fragile glass which were cared for without incident on an 1805 historic structure.
Measurements were meticulously done and the final product enhanced the appearance of the structure with protection from the weather.

Marcia, who was the one who first came to the house to set up what I wanted, was knowledgeable, pleasant and most helpful. The people they sent to install my windows did an excellent job, including clean-up--all installed and completed in less than a day. My windows are beautiful and I would absolutely use them again.

Installers came on time, did quality work and cleaned up after. Product quality is very good. Only criticism was the time between my order and installation. However, it was due to COVID and supply chain challenges and I was kept informed of status in a timely manner.
