Good communication

Everything went pretty smoothly. Just Need a damaged top peice that is creased in the frame replaced & some chalk removed from the outside trim around door that is part of siding trim. I’m sure randy will take care of it when the top peice comes in and he replaces that. Other then that I’m satisfied.

While my new window was to be in sometime in July, it came in early. I was notified with updates every two weeks. The installers were fabulous and efficient. The were quick and cleaned up as if nothing had been done.
