It’s a great workout
I loveeee the core power sculpts- never been to a class I didn’t like and all the instructors slay. Sometimes the best gets to me but just comes with the territory and adds to the workout.
I love the heated sculpt classes they offer.
I love this studio I wish it was larger though and there was two rooms or a second location in Columbus. Morgan is a great manager

Emma was an amazing instructor! As a beginner, I was nervous coming to a hot yoga class, but I felt like I could challenge myself and adjust moves when needed. The class flowed well and I left feeling encouraged! I’ve already invited a friend to come back with me!

Instructors are outstanding. Nice clean studio. Could use more space. Feel like a studio with two studio training rooms will fill up even more.
I’ve been a few times and rented a mat. Unfortunately each time, the mats are pretty stinky. Other than that, it’s been a great experience.

The positivity
The welcoming, positive and friendly atmosphere. From the manager Morgan to the instructors to the members. Everyone is nice, and I don’t feel judged or like I don’t belong.
The studio is always clean, and well organized.
The instruction is elite and I haven’t taken a single class that I haven’t loved.
