I like it
I got my yoga teacher training from Core Power about 15 years ago in Boulder. It was a great experience, but I haven't been back to a Core Power class since then. While I was in Columbus I saw that they had a studio just a few blocks from my hotel, so I checked out a sculpt class. It was a packed room. It was more like a conditioning class, and less like a yoga class. It was fun and challenging. If I lived nearby, I would go back for a good butt-kicking every now and then.

All the CP instructors are amazing. They focus on your mind, body and spirit. From the words they use to focus, center and relax you at the syart of class to the individual pointers they give uou during class as the notice your extra effort or opportunities to teach you how to improve a position. You will love the ambiance of dimmed lights and the mix of motivating and relaxing music. The work outs are hot, challenging and change monthly so it is always fresh and multiple classes are offered every day of the week so you can always find a class that fits your schedule. I like C2, sculpt, HPF and Strength X. All the
instructors are amazing ( Kelso, Laura, Patty, Morgan, Emme, Sophia, Julie, Melody, Elle and others). They do a great job!!!!

Great location. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors. I live in Colorado and drop in when visiting family. Core power is a consistently excellent hot yoga studio no matter which studio I visit.

I really enjoy the classes! It is a little expensive and I wish there was an 8:30pm class. Otherwise, I love it!

I am a member in Denver and was thrilled to find a studio in Columbus right near where I was staying. The staff was friendly, the class was hard, and I modified and enjoyed my experience.

Laura is awesome. I'm a big fan of her routines. I'm not a pro at this by no means but I definitely walk out of her class feeling like I earned every bead of sweat. All the coaches there are great but she is at the top for me. I would recommend this place whole hardedly.
I travel for work, and anytime I’m in Columbus I make sure to get to CorePower. I’m guaranteed a good sweat and a welcoming space.
