I appreciated the amount of effort that the tech (Kyle) put into getting the carpets (specific spots) clean. It wasn't as though he was just going through the motions. He really seemed to care that the carpet got as clean as it possibly could.

I had a baby shower coming up at my house and knew my 20 year old, stained, dirty carpet needed professional cleaning. My Rug Doctor worked fine, but I didn't have the time for hours of using it on 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and full set of carpeted stairs, so I called Zerorez based on a google search and reviews. Charles did an excellent job transforming my carpet. He communicated respectfully and thoroughly, calling well before he arrived to notify me of his expected arrival time. His demeanor was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what he would do based on my specific stains. He showed me evidence of pet accidents with a black light before he began, which was very helpful. I knew my daughters' pets had accidents in the past, but I thought they had been properly cleaned! I couldn't see those stains, but they were clearly there. He worked efficiently, and the 20 year old carpets look so much better than I expected. It must smell much fresher as well. I plan on having Zerorez back to clean my area rugs and upholstery very soon. Hopefully, Zerorez recognizes how well Charles represents their company. It's seems rare to find people these days who have such exceptionally good communication skills and care for doing quality work. Thank you Charles and Zerorez for the clean carpets and pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable and the entire process did not take as long as I expected. Great experience.

My Tech was Great, prompt professional. He greeted me at the door, and we walked around the house to discuss what i needed and trouble spot. He Upsold me on the hardwoods cleaning which was great! He put guards on all wall corners that hoses might rub against. Once he started working, he didn't stop until the whole house was done. I was really surprised how quickly the floors dried. Great Job!
