Your representative was very communicative, friendly and thorough . The clean was amazing!

The tech did a great job. I might suggest that they wear "surgical booties" once inside to do the job. The wet carpet picked up dirt and small pebbles on the bottom of his shoes, even though he wiped his shoes on a towel at the door. We don't wear shoes in the house, so having our carpet cleaned and then resoiled by the bottom of a pair of sneakers on the tech who walks all over outside, well; that really isn't optimal.

The urine and coffee stained carpets look and smell wonderful. The technician was professional yet friendly and did an amazing job. He was very flexible when I asked to add on the stairs. He needed absolutely nothing from me, no water or drainage access needed and was very timely.

I was so impressed by ZEROREZ. They showed up in the timeframe they said they would and the representative that came to our home was super respectful and professional. We had a few dog urine stains and he took the time to explain how the urine spread to the pad and how he could help get it out. The carpets were better than we expected. 10/10 we would recommend ZEROREZ!
