We had a great experience with our recent carpet cleaning. The technician, Mitch, called ahead of time, which we really appreciated, and even arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment. When he got here, he took the time to walk through all the areas that needed attention and clearly explained what would be done.
The cleaning itself was done thoroughly, and the results were fantastic! Our carpets look refreshed and smell amazing! We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend this service to others!

I am giving Zerorez a 10 because of the technicians that came for the day of service. The original job had to be abbreviated because I chose not to have my area rug clean since it was beyond damaged. I chose to get rid of the area rug instead of having it cleaned, they spent time on cleaning my single chair. this is why I recommend Zerorez.
