Nate was excellent. He clearly explained the work he would be performing, completed the job efficiently, and conducted himself with kindness, courtesy, and respect. When a stain appeared after the initial service, Nate went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly. I highly recommend Zerorez for their outstanding service.

My service provider Jaydon- did a good job and I paid extra for the super cleaner and it got out stains that I didn't think would ever be removable.

Professional job well done. Carpet looked almost new but it is over 20 years old!! Staff was courteous and explained the process. No mess left behind. Would refer to my friends and family and will use the service again.
