The technician was on time, professional and great worker.This is the second time i have used this company and both times i have been very happy with the results.

The products and services were great. The technician was very good. However, There were obviously some chemicals dumped on my lawn. Within 24 hours, there were 3 quite large spots of grass that were dead where the van had parked. I took photos and called the customer service line on Wednesday. I was told that someone would follow up within a day. No one called. I called back on Monday morning and left a message with a customer service rep and have not heard back as of this writing. I am not pleased at all with the follow up concerning this issue.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The scheduling was very easy and the cleaner who came was experienced, professional, and pleasant. He explained different services they provided and asked if I was interested, but did not try to push. This is my second time using Zerorez and I will use them again.
