Had an area shag rug that needed cleaning after 2and half years. I asked that the rug be taken to their facility for deep cleaning, which they obliged. The rug had sap drippings from interior beams above the rug. After initially returning the area rug, I called to ask questions on some areas that I thought could be improved. They ( Danny) made an appointment to schedule a return visit to listen to my concerns. When they returned, the technicians listened to my concerns, and offered to redo the whole carpet, which ( although didn’t expect ) I accepted. The whole experience was appreciated. When it comes to customer service this company rates as the best example I have witnessed in years.
