I like the fact that there is no residue left in the carpet after a cleaning. Tom was professional, polite, and explained that he was running late due to the computer problems that had plagued the country over the weekend.
They work on getting stains out. The gentleman that came and did my carpets (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job explaining everything and on the carpets.
