The individual who came to do my service was wonderful. They were very kind, made me feel comfortable and informed about how to proceed and what would work best for our specific situation. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help and were not overly pushy to do additional services. The carpet looked amazing after they left and still looks great a few days later. They were quick, courteous and did a wonderful job!
Mike, the technician, who came to clean our carpet, was absolutely pleasant to work with and very thorough. He explained the process clearly and worked carefully not to create any mess in the house. I noticed old stains were gone. He was excellent and I would like to have him come back to clean other rooms.

Yes, the grout & carpet came SOOOOOO clean. Because of the special water and whatever other cleaners and/or methods are used. The machine used to do the grout was amazing! A WAY better result than the company we used a handful of years ago. yaay!
BUT we have to say... Colby was remarkable. You could TELL he enjoys his job and strives to do the very best. It was obvious he was not 'just there for the paycheck'. He would be a great trainer for others coming on with the ZR team. I wish *I* had 10 employees like him. Not only would we recommend Zero Rez, but we would recommend Colby personally as well.
