This was our first experience with Zerorez after hearing about you daily on the radio. Our technician (Jason? please forgive if I disremembered his name) was very good at explaining the service proposed, the expectations, and the price. My expectation is to do this again annually or "as needed". And yes, I will ask if Jason from Provo is available to provide the service.

When he arrived it was exactly the time he said ti would be on the phone. Elbert was happy, upbeat, professional, and GREAT at his job.Our carpet looks amazing and smells even better. 10/10 loved him!
