Our rugs are really clean.
The only hiccup was the delivery. We were scheduled for Friday morning but they were a no show. When I called, I was told there was a problem with the van. I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed.
They delivered the rugs the next day.

Each time I have used Zero Rez the outcome has been exceptional. The customer focused service is excellent and techs are knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. My carpet is left looking and smelling like new.
