First of all, the product its self is brilliant. It really gets carpet, upholstery, etc, CLEAN. Secondly,Ben my technician was brilliant as well. He was genuinely kind, and we connected about art. Meanwhile, He knew what to do and how to do it. He was impeccable. I remember the last time ZeroRes came, that technician was very good as well.You really cannot go wrong with ZeroRes. I will not call anyone else for my carpet and upholstery cleaning and whatever else they do. BRAVO ZERORES!

We have used Zerorez several times for our carpets, but this is the first time for our AC ducts. The young man was outstanding ! He was very polite and explained everything he was going to do, did the job, and again explained everything he did. He showed us pictures of before and after.
