On time. Professional and friendly. His name was Angel. Thorough and great at explaining the cleaning process. Very attentive to all my problem areas. My professional cleaner made sure I approved of the how the trouble spots came out. He was very careful to cover all woodwork so the hoses didn't touch anything but the floor. He knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with him as a professional cleaner as well as an extraordinary friendly person!!

I like the quickness in which I was able to schedule an appointment. The technician, Tim Scott, was very friendly and professional. Tim took the time to ask me questions about my furniture piece needing cleaning. He examined my furniture and explained/ shared his recommendations for cleaning.
