IRWIN , the young man who cleaned carpets was wonderful! Very respectful,helpful,polite,and efficient. I asked his opinion on a carpeted room which was in bad shape and he said he could clean it up. Thought I would need to make another appointment but he just added the extra room to the bill. I was under no delusion that it would be perfect, but it was so much better.

I liked that the tech had a keen eye for carpet spots and concentrated on getting these spots cleaned. He even removed a rather large coffee-spill spot others could not remove. Tracy Ford ought to be recognized for his exceptional commitment to job. He reflects well on Zerorez.

QUICK SERVICE, FRIENDLY SERVICE

The tech who serviced our home was courteous and professional, explained what he was going to do and how long the process would take, and answered all questions without hesitation.
The ducts, furnace and humidifier were thoroughly cleaned; the house feels and smells better!
My home was left as he found it, without damage or mess left behind. While he was packing up I attempted to adjust vents and was unable to do so because of how the covers were put on. I told him and without delay or complaint he came back in and adjusted all those that needed it-he simply fixed the issue and explained to his trainee how to avoid this in the future.

Mark and Gavin arrived on time, reviewed the procedure , were professional and friendly. They reviewed the invoice before and after they were finished.
The carpets are now clean and look good.

It would have been nice to know beforehand that there would be some buckling of the carpet, that would eventually resolve in the next few days, without having to make a phone call to the company.
