I like that my carpets always look great once cleaned and stay clean looking until my next cleaning. Although, my carpets never look dirty it always amazes me all the dirt they remove that you don't even notice between cleanings. I make sure to schedule a cleaning every year.

I have employed the services of Zerorez multiple times a year for several years. The service providers have always been professional, courteous, and most importantly have shown up on time. Their attention to detail is impressive and I have not had to make a call-back request in any of the instances when they have provided service (not something that I have encountered with other providers in the past). While the presentation of the up-sale is a given, I have not had a provider push the issue when they hear the words "no, thank you."
