Jordan was fantastic! She talked me through what she would be doing and discussed how best to handle the heavily stained areas. She checked my service records and told me what had been done before. She pretreated and then carefully cleaned everything. She got all of the edges and really lighted up the dark spots. She was very pleasant and easy to work with, very conscientious and did a really great job. I decided to try your competitors last time and was very disappointed in their work. Last and best the carpet dried within a few hours instead of the day-long wait I had last time with your competitors. Thank you for a job well done. I will be sure to ask for Jordan again next time.

Timely, cost effective, excellent polite and service oriented technician. Home is protected from long hose with plastic corner covers. Only suggestion is homeowner having to remove ceiling vent covers is a burden for older customers like us.

I like the cleaning method that doesn't use soap. The cleaners are very thorough and quick. Our carpets and rugs always look great after a cleaning and it seems to last a long time. It's also been easy to book our cleanings at our convenience without long wait times.

Ever since Zerorez arrived in Boise I have used their service. The non toxic solution was very appealing. My old carpets look almost new afer a Zerorez cleaning. Every tech cleaner has been excellent, but Ben was the best. Over 5 stars for him and Zerorerz!!
