Cody was on time, super polite and did an excellent job. We contracted Zerorez because the home we purchased smelled like a cigar bar. We cleaned the walls and attempted to clean the carpets with a home grade Bissel machine but did not get the results we were after. After Zerorez cleaned and deodorized the carpets in the whole home it smells fantastic. You would never know that anyone had ever smoked a cigar inside!

The technician was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. It seemed to dry faster that the past couple times I used Zerorez. I think maybe he did a better job at something, but I'm not sure what he did different. Overall we are very pleased.
