It cleans without a lot of downtime waiting for it to dry. You can walk on floors right after. Floors were clean and smelled clean

I appreciate the interest shown in my particular situation (potential cat damage) and special services to address the issue. I like the use of methods and materials that avoid or minimize soap residues in the process, especially because I use them enough just to handle small emergencies.

The man who came to clean my neighbor's couch and the outdoor pillows for me was excellent. He was polite and personable. We were happy to have him work with us.

Did a good job cleaning everything he possibly could, I told him he didn't have to go into the closet, but asked to get the entryway and he went in and got the entire thing for me. I was very pleased with the results, definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Quality service

We have been using Zerorez for over 20 years. The technician even commented that he rarely sees 30 year old carpet in such great shape. I attribute that to using Zerorez exclusively on my carpets. Mind you, I have old dogs who have accidents and we clean it immediately so they get wear and tear. Kirkland was very respectful of our property and was very communicative on the policies of Zerorez. He walked me through after cleaning all the areas and made sure to rake the carpet where we walked. He was amazing and mentioned it was his 3rd day on the job.
