However, I have never been asked to tip for the service and felt your environmental fee should have been revealed up front or included in your price. No other carpet cleaner had added any fees and that added substantially to the total cost of cleaning.
Zerorez came back to retreat a small area that still had a series of small dot type stains. Most all came out with the second treatment.
The scheduling of the second appointment was very easy and they responded quickly.

Brandon was professional and thorough when cleaning of our carpets and explaining what he would be doing. He provided knowledgeable options for cleaning deep stains with associated cost. He arrived early, provided us details on what tasks he would be undertaking, and walked me through our house to inspect his work after completing his work.
