The reception area was clean and professional. The problem was fixed for less than the estimate. At no additional charge the headlamp covers were buffed and cleaned. We were not asked to give a specific rating.

They were very professional, and very quick with install and ordering parts, the full evaluation they let me know what else what need for my jeep. Plus I have never had a shop ask me when I need my car back by, which shows their urgency for the customer.

They didn't pressure me at all into fixing it and they were super down to earth with me about the recommended services to pursue. They treated me like a friend and now I trust them like a friend.

I learned a very important lesson. If you are going to purchase a used vehicle, have a pre-purchase inspection performed by Christian Brothers Automotive. I did! I ended up not purchasing the vehicle which was being sold for $3,999.00 and had a laundry list of repairs needed totaling $1,750.00. The numbers just didn't add up to my favor. I found that once you start mentioning to sellers that you are going to have a pre-purchase inspection done, sellers start telling the truth as they know you are going to find out anyways. It was 67.00 with tax and the ownership, front desk and customer service is the best.

I definitely will always use their services in the future! Thank you Gabrielle, Rob and everyone for such a great work commitment!

I noticed the small things that were done to really set your business apart. wiping down my steering wheel in case their was any dirt or grease, a nice cold water on my way out was impressive.

They explained exactly what they were going to do with my vehicle, and kept me posted during the process. The staff also made sure I was comfortable while I waited.

Friendly service, and it was clean.

Courteous employees who listened to what I told them about how my concerns about my car. The work done on the brakes seems to be exactly what was needed because I no longer feel the shudder when I brake at high speeds. The work was completely quickly and seems to have been done very well.
