The service writer worked with me prioritizing the tasks needing to be performed, since there was multiple issues to be addressed. Prior to the work being completed, the mechanic inform me that in order to feel a difference with the vehicle we needed re-prioritized the work to be completed. He also stated that Christian Brother's wants to earn me as a repeat customer. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Our Technician explained everything thoroughly. He let us know what needs to be done next time too. We got to meet both the owner and his wife, who are very sweet.
I had been told by another place when I seemed to have an oil leak after an oil change, that the plug on the oil pan was loose and I needed a new oil pan. A friend told me that was probably not true. I brought it to you and didn't say anything about this because I wanted a real second opinion. You found nothing wrong with the plug, and the other place was evidently not being truthful with me. I will continue to go to Christian Brothers.
